Turn it over with a spatula or tongs. Cook the other side for another 2 to 3 minutes for rare to medium-rare. Turn the tuna steak again and cook both sides once more for another 1 to 2 minutes each for medium or medium-well. Remove it from the pan promptly.

做法:

1.香蕉2條剝皮並搗成泥。

2.在耐熱容器放入奶油40克,以微波爐(500W)加熱30秒溶化。

3.大碗放入溶化的奶油、香蕉泥、雞蛋、砂糖,以攪拌器將材料攪拌至滑順的狀態。

4.將麵粉與泡打粉5克加入步驟3材料,以平鏟輕柔地拌勻。

5.10克奶油均勻抹在圓形蛋糕模內側。

6.將步驟4的麵糊倒入步驟5蛋糕模中,放入預熱356℉(180℃)烤箱烘烤40分。插入竹籤時不會沾上麵糊就完成。

檸檬夏瓜麵包

材料:

全用麵粉1.5杯、泡打粉1茶匙、蘇打粉1/2茶匙、鹽1/2茶匙、白糖3/4杯、油1/2杯、雞蛋2個、優格4盎司、刨成絲的水瓜1杯、檸檬皮1湯匙、檸檬汁3湯匙。

作法:

1.烤箱預熱至350℉。

2.將麵粉、泡打粉、蘇打粉、鹽在一碗內混合均勻,置於一旁備用;在另一碗中將油、糖、蛋、優格打勻,並緩緩加入麵粉混合物、檸檬皮、夏瓜及檸檬汁。

3.把麵糊倒進噴了烹飪噴霧劑或抹了油的9吋×5吋的烤盆內,烤40至45分鐘,以牙籤插入後取出不沾黏為準。移出烤箱後放涼15分鐘,倒出烤盆置於盤上,完全涼後可享用。夏瓜帶著淡淡的檸檬酸和果香,麵包滑潤鬆軟是很棒的早餐或點心。

  • 發酵 1 hour (2 倍大)
  • 擀平 切塊 (7-8塊)
  • 饅頭 放在蒸鍋 30分鐘 第二次發酵 不用加水
    • 法二是加水. 蒸鍋底下的水稍微加溫 水千萬不能太熱. 10分鐘即可.
  • 入鍋由冷水開始蒸起,大火水滾後轉中大火,蒸15分鐘,關火後開一點點縫讓熱氣慢慢散出約3~5分,然後慢慢移開蓋子,夾出饅頭至紗布上,讓紗布吸乾蠟紙上多餘的水。

PS:

  • I like to cover the green bean part with an aluminum paper to keep their moisture.
  • If we want to roast russet potatoes (1 lb, cut lengthwise into 1/2-inch wedges, no need to peel), we will roast them 20 minutes first (in the bottom position) and after adding green beans (6 oz) over top we continue to roast another 10 minutes.

    • The chemical that people are usually concerned with when they talk about nonstick pans is PFOA,
    • PFOA is part of the group of chemicals known as PFAS
    • PFOA was used in the manufacturing of Teflon coatings in the early 2000s and earlier, and was fully phased out by 2013.
    • While PFOA isn’t used in the manufacture of the pans anymore, it can still be produced when a PTFE coating breaks down.
