  2. 將麵糰分成8等分,一一揉圓,覆蓋以避免麵糰乾燥。
  3. 平底鍋以中火加熱,取一份麵團擀開成圓形薄餅狀,放進平底鍋裡烙餅,兩面各烙約30秒。
  4. 重複步驟3將所有的麵皮烙熟。

火雞蔥蛋蘑菇捲

材料: 烤熟的火雞肉1杯、青蔥3株、蛋2個、米酒1小匙、蘑菇1磅、紅甜椒1個、橄欖油1大匙、鹽1小匙、黑胡椒粉1/4小匙、水1小匙、起司片2片、全麥麵皮2張。

作法:

魚肉去腥

  • 魚肉部分要去腥只要撒一點鹽巴,讓魚或肉釋出水分後,用廚房紙巾擦拭後,就可以去腥。
  • 如果魚肉一時買太多,在放在冰箱存前,他建議先用廚房紙巾把食物包好,再放在夾鍊袋內,等到用時取出,先把紙巾去除後,再撒些鹽,等一下下,就會釋出水分,再用紙巾擦拭乾淨,基本上就達到去腥的效果。

A typical 1-2 pound single serving fish like trout or branzino (European bass) might take 20-30 minutes at 400°F. Midway through, pour a bit of white wine into the pan.

  3. Place the ahi tuna in the pan (no need to worry it will stick to pans; it's OK to use stainless steel pans) and sear it for 2 to 3 minutes for rare to medium-rare. Turn it over with a spatula or tongs. Cook the other side for another 2 to 3 minutes for rare to medium-rare. Turn the tuna steak again and cook both sides once more for another 1 to 2 minutes each for medium or medium-well. Remove it from the pan promptly.

作法:

1.烤箱預熱至350℉ (177℃)。

2.無鹽奶油在室溫軟化,或是以微波爐分次加熱軟化。

3.將砂糖加入軟化的奶油中,拌打至奶油膨鬆。

4.加入蛋,攪拌均勻,然後加進香蕉泥,拌勻。

5.續加入過篩的中筋麵粉、泡打粉、鹽、蘇打粉,攪拌均勻。

6.將麵糊倒入烤盤,表面抹平,均勻的撒上巧克力豆,送入烤箱烘烤一小時,以牙籤插入蛋糕中心取出不沾黏,即可出爐。

小叮嚀:

1.1杯的香蕉泥,大約需要3根中型的香蕉來壓成泥。香蕉愈熟軟愈香,做出來的糕點也愈好吃。

2.如果香蕉泥的分量不夠的話,可以用酸奶油(sour cream),或是原味優格來補足。

3.巧克力與香蕉一起做成甜點,口味非常搭配。若想變換口味,也可以用切細粒烤香的堅果來取代巧克力。

做法:

  • 擀平 切塊 (7-8塊)
  • 饅頭 放在蒸鍋 30分鐘 第二次發酵 不用加水
    • 法二是加水. 蒸鍋底下的水稍微加溫 水千萬不能太熱. 10分鐘即可.
  • 入鍋由冷水開始蒸起,大火水滾後轉中大火,蒸15分鐘,關火後開一點點縫讓熱氣慢慢散出約3~5分,然後慢慢移開蓋子,夾出饅頭至紗布上,讓紗布吸乾蠟紙上多餘的水。

  2. preheat over 450F. Bake 12 minutes
  3. Trim green beans
  4. One sweet potatoes have roasted for 12 minutes, remove from oven and toss. Add green beans to opposite side of baking sheet. Toss with a drizzle of oil and a pinch of salt and pepper. Return to oven and roast until veggies are browned and tender, about 12 minutes.

PS:

  • I like to cover the green bean part with an aluminum paper to keep their moisture.
  • If we want to roast russet potatoes (1 lb, cut lengthwise into 1/2-inch wedges, no need to peel), we will roast them 20 minutes first (in the bottom position) and after adding green beans (6 oz) over top we continue to roast another 10 minutes.
