作法:

  • 擀平 切塊 (7-8塊)
  • 饅頭 放在蒸鍋 30分鐘 第二次發酵 不用加水
    • 法二是加水. 蒸鍋底下的水稍微加溫 水千萬不能太熱. 10分鐘即可.
  • 入鍋由冷水開始蒸起,大火水滾後轉中大火,蒸15分鐘,關火後開一點點縫讓熱氣慢慢散出約3~5分,然後慢慢移開蓋子,夾出饅頭至紗布上,讓紗布吸乾蠟紙上多餘的水。
